Moss started contracting a couple years prior to the 1989 Earthquake in San Francisco. His Early years were spent learning the trade when eventually, with his wife Fionnuala, began McElligott Construction Inc. Since then, Moss has serviced clients across the Bay Area and always ensured jobs were done correctly and up to standard.

Fionnuala has been assisting Moss in the construction market since their beginning with MCI. She has a great eye for design and architecture which lends to helping Moss with drawing plans and working through projects.
